Globalization has greatly influenced India in driving itself towards high growth and is leading it to the path of becoming one of the world’s powerful countries. Legal framework addressing these has been facing tremendous challenge due to lack of awareness with issues related to domestic violence, family counselling, cyber laws, etc. A panel of Lawyers, Law College Professors, and Legal fraternity members will speak on the specific topics mentioned above. The audience gets an opportunity to discuss their issues with the speakers and put forward their thoughts and suggestions. The results from these events will serve as a source of inputs to the periodic research conducted by India Justice Foundation (IJF) team.
